The survey is conducted using a non-intrusive inspection method. No panels, linings, floors, machinery, or systems will be dismantled unless specifically agreed in writing.
Sea trials, engine diagnostics, moisture readings, ultrasonic hull thickness measurements, and laboratory analyses are not included unless purchased as optional add-ons.
The client must ensure safe and unrestricted access to the vessel on the agreed date and time.
The final valuation is based on the condition observed on the day of the inspection, available documentation, and current market data from Spain and the Mediterranean.
The report is issued exclusively for the stated purpose (insurance, pre-purchase, sale, refit justification, change of registry, etc.).
